**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders (or chicken breast cut into strips)
- 1 cup **panko breadcrumbs** (for extra crispiness)
- ½ cup grated **Parmesan cheese** (optional, adds flavor)
- 1 tsp **garlic powder**
- 1 tsp **paprika**
- ½ tsp **salt**
- ½ tsp **black pepper**
- 2 large **eggs** (beaten)
- ¼ cup **all-purpose flour**
- Cooking spray or 2 tbsp **melted butter** (for extra crispiness)
### **Instructions:**
1. **Prep the Chicken:**
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels (this helps the coating stick better).
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. **Set Up Breading Stations:**
- **Bowl 1:** Flour
- **Bowl 2:** Beaten eggs
- **Bowl 3:** Panko + Parmesan + garlic powder + paprika + salt + pepper (mix well)
3. **Coat the Chicken:**
- Dredge each tender in **flour** (shake off excess).
- Dip in **egg**, letting excess drip off.
- Press into **panko mixture**, coating evenly.
4. **Bake for Crispiness:**
- Preheat oven to **400°F (200°C)**.
- Place tenders on a **wire rack** (for even crispiness) over a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray with **cooking oil** or drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for **15-20 mins**, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches **165°F (74°C)**.
